Dear Friends, On the night of May 14th something very special will be happening at our synagogue. We will be immersing ourselves into the texts and traditions of our people (along with good cheesecake!) in preparation for the revelation of the Torah. Like our ancestors some 3000 years ago, we will spend the evening in preparation and sacred study eagerly anticipating the first rays of light and with those first streaks of sunlight across the horizon will we usher in the moment of Sinai.
